The course introduces the "Tai Yang Breakdown" - a structured introductory sequence targeting the posterior aspect of the body to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and prepare the body for deeper work. Then expanding into practical treatment techniques for the upper and lower extremities. Practitioners will learn to blend targeted soft-tissue techniques with mobilization, passive body movements, and active stretches to effectively address musculoskeletal dysfunction, reduce pain and restore range of motion.
