Thai Massage 2 with Greg Park

This workshop builds on the knowledge gained in the Thai Massage 1 workshop, introducing students to side-lying, prone and seated position. During this class we will also spend time examining Thai medical theory so as to give the student a basic understanding of the philosophy behind traditional Thai massage.

Participation in Thai Massage 1 in encouraged but not necessary. This workshop is open to any and all people, no previous massage training is necessary. Couples are encouraged to attend together as this work is ideal for sharing with friends and family. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. No jeans or skirts/dresses please.

Presenter: GREGORY PARK, LMT received his initial training at the Cascade Institute in Eugene, Oregon. Additionally, Greg graduated from the International School of Shiatsu and completed a training in traditional Thai Yoga Massage at the International Society of Traditional Thai Yoga Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Greg maintains a private practice at the Birmingham Acupressure Center.
