Part 2 - Shiatsu - Meridians and Theory with Greg Park - 8 hours NCBTMB approved

This 2 day workshop will explore the theory of the 12 Meridians from a TCM as well as a Zen Shiatsu perspective. We will study the physical as well as energetic associations of each meridian and the corresponding elemental associations and how to identify imbalance within the meridian system (Zhang-Fu). Participants will learn a series of stretches to activate the meridians (Do-In) as well as appropriate positioning to treat and address each meridian. Participants are asked to bring a top sheet and to wear movement friendly clothing.
