Participants will explore the anatomy and biomechanics of the shoulder complex, specifically relative to adhesive capsulitis. Emphasis will be on pain assessment, trigger point referrals, postural distortions and treatment techniques for frozen shoulder. Through lecture, demonstration and hands-on practice, therapists will gain practical tools to confidently work with clients experiencing restricted range of motion, chronic shoulder pain and compensatory patterns.

Instructor: Deborah Wooding Moody, BA, LMT has been a licensed practicing massage therapist for over 30 years, graduating from the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy in 1993.
