What to bring to class: Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing. Please be sure to bring clothing that is both flexible(so we can tape around the clothing) and comfortable. Shorts are highly recommended for all as participation in the lab portion of the course is 100% needed, barring a skin condition that justifies not receiving tape. For women joining us, I recommend spaghetti strap tank tops and normal bras ( not sports bras) and for the men joining us, I recommend shaving any area where you would like the tape to stay on (injuries) as we can not keep tape on hair. During the course we will be taping almost all areas of the body, including the upper back, glutes, legs and arms.
Class preparation: Complete the 4 hours online prior to start of class.
