Gua Sha & Tools for Sports Massage (Pre & Post Event) with James Earley -8 hours NCBTMB approved

GuaSha (Scraping & Graston) will be the main focus of this class and a certificate of completion will be given. A titanium GuaSha tool will also be given to each student to take home with them.

Pre and Post Event Sports Massage Techniques will also be covered to associate the GuaSha techniques with certain injuries and needs of the client.

Also covered in class will be: use of tools by the therapist including percussion tools, cups, etc.

The students will also be given a brief introduction to Assisted Stretching Active and PNF as well as Pin and Stretch ( to be used on clients and for self-care).

Please bring to class: set of sheets, gel or lotion and note taking materials.

Please wear loose clothing and shorts. Class will be very participative.
