Foot Reflexology Training for Massage Therapists with Caroline Verdi - 16 hours NCBTMB approved

You will learn specific reflexology and relaxation techniques, terminology, foot anatomy and a general understanding of the body's systems and how the feet relate to them. You will learn how to properly perform a full reflexology session, as well as experience firsthand some of the benefits of reflexology by working on other students and by being worked on by them and the instructor. The transformation from this course is that you will gain a deeper understanding of the definition of reflexology and the various ways that reflexology can positively affect the body and mind and understand some approaches to address client's complaints.
