About The Event
Ancient wisdom links all aspects of nature in cyclic rhythms. Our modern lifestyle sets us at odds with many of our historic evolutionary cycles and rhythms. This mis-match exposes us to many promoters of ill health. Due to modern tech and pace of life we ignore many of these important bio regulating cycles. We will survey Ayurveda's 3 essential pillars for good health and 3 main causative factors of ill health.
Instructor: Roger Parent has been professionally involved with many aspects of wellness for nearly 4 decades. He has taught a full range of curriculum related to somatic therapies, and has been an educator in the supplement and functional medicine industry. He has maintained a private bodywork and massage therapy practice and has extensive training in Ayurveda, western herbalism, functional nutrition and western massage and bodywork modalities.
