Anatomy & Physiology Review for Massage Therapists with Susanna Lembeck-Edens for 8 PA approved hours

This course provides a comprehensive examination of the muscular and skeletal body systems. Students will identify the functions of each system, analyze joint mechanics, and study the location and actions (OIA) of individual muscles and muscle groups. Additionally, the curriculum addresses common musculoskeletal pathologies encountered by massage therapists.

Instructor: Sue Lembeck-Edens, MA, LMT, BC-DMT is an educator and practitioner with over 15 years of experience teaching ethics, anatomy and physiology, and professional development. A licensed massage therapist and board-certified dance/movement therapist, she taught at the Mt. Nittany Institute for more than a decade and develops CE programs for massage and yoga professionals. Sue has also operated a private bodywork practice in State College for over 25 years. Through her dynamic teaching style, extensive experience, and passion for health education, Sue continues to inspire and equip professionals in the fields of bodywork and movement therapy.
