This introductory course invites students to explore how mindful presence can promote openness, resourcefulness, and clarity in others. Through hands-on practice, students learn to hold space as grounded, attentive practitioners—supporting balance and resilience within the recipient’s energetic flow. Emphasis is placed on responding from presence rather than prediction. The course also examines how stress may manifest within the bioenergetic system and how a practitioner’s curiosity, awareness, and intention can gently encourage resolution and harmony.
